MEAL PREP & NUTRITION

A wise saying goes: you can't outrun a poor diet. Working out and eating well are critical to losing fat, building lean muscle mass, and maintaining overall health. But for a lot of us, a busy life can get in the way of a healthy lifestyle. That's why we're offering a meal plan tailored to your specific fitness and body composition goals, with each menu taking into account dietary restrictions, allergies, and food aversions. We will also adapt every menu as you progress through the program, month to month, as your body changes. The meal plan consists of 5 meals a day for 7 days (2 main meals and 3 smaller ones).

I have partnered up with Chef Daniel Miranda, based in LA, who will be assisting in curating/cooking meals personalized for you and you alone.

Meet Chef Daniel Miranda. Born in Los Angeles and raised in a multi-ethnic household that loved to cook, food has always his passion from an early age. While he does not have a formal culinary education, Daniel has steeped himself in the artform, having learned diverse cooking techniques from around the world.


Pesto alla genovese is one of my favorite foods, and it is an essential component to my regular diet. Not only is it bright and herbacious, its rich with heart-healthy fats that keeps me fuller longer, and it's pretty much great on everything too.

MENU SAMPLES

Farro Salad - Rainbow broccoli, roasted carrot, farro, walnuts, pomegrante, mint, whipped ricotta, lemon vinaigrette.

Salmon Salad - Frisee, bulgur, quinoa, persian cucumber, cherry tomato, avocado puree, grilled lemon. 

Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad - Pecorino Romano, dried cranberries, hazelnuts, lemon vinaigrette.

Spicy Chicken Verde Bowl - Market greens, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro-lime rice, spicy verde dressing 

Rosemary Chicken - organic chicken breast, rosemary, lemon, garlic rice, sweet potatoes. 

Filet Mignon - onions, shitake mushrooms, asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber salad.

Goat Cheese Egg-White Frittata - bacon, basil, red bell peppers, goat cheese, spring onions, garlic.
