Hi I'm Chris!

Physical activity has always been a part of my life. In 2017, I joined the Crossfit world and became much more committed to fitness. Crossfit is a very competitive sport, but that energy is what pushes me to keep going and be better. But, you also build a commuinty who cheer you on and want to see you finish strong. That is what I want to do with chrisoliverafit. I want to create a safe space where people can come train with me and feel comfortable. 

I started off as a biology major which eventually turned into an exercise science major. I became so fascinated with the physiology of physical exercise, especially through HIIT. I got my degree to help those who want to increase their fitness, sporting performance, and overall gerneral health. I want to make a change in your life. Change is definitely not easy, but hey, you have to start somewhere.
